How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, since our units go fast during peak season. That said, feel free to reach out even for last-minute requests, we'll always try to accommodate if availability allows.
What areas do you serve? We proudly serve Boyd, Decatur, Rhome, Bridgeport, and the surrounding Wise County and greater Fort Worth area. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific location.
How much space do I need? Space requirements vary by unit, so check the individual product page for exact dimensions. As a general rule, make sure you have a flat, clear area with a few extra feet on all sides for safe setup.
Do I need access to electricity? Yes. Most units require access to a standard outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. Larger combo units may require two blowers to run, which means you'll need two separate outlets, ideally located on opposite sides of the unit. If you're not sure whether your setup has the right power access, just ask us when booking and we'll help you figure it out.
Do you offer tables and chairs? Yes! We offer a tables and chairs package as an add-on through our website, so you can set up seating and food areas without sourcing them separately. Just select the package when booking your bounce house or inflatable rental, and we'll deliver everything together.
Can you set up on grass, concrete, or indoors? We can set up on grass, concrete, turf, and indoor spaces like gyms. Setup requirements vary depending on the surface, so let us know where you're planning to place the unit when you book.
What's your weather policy? Safety comes first. If high winds, heavy rain, or severe weather are expected on your event date, we may need to reschedule or cancel to keep everyone safe. We'll always communicate with you as early as possible if weather becomes a concern.
Do you provide an attendant during the party? Units are dropped off and set up by our team, but an adult should supervise the inflatable throughout the event to make sure it's used safely.
How do I clean up after the event? We handle cleaning and sanitizing before and after every rental, so there's nothing extra for you to do. Just make sure the area is clear and accessible for pickup at the end of your event.
What if I'm planning a larger event, like a school, church, or corporate function? For larger events or bookings involving multiple units, please give us a call directly so we can help plan logistics, power needs, and setup around your specific event.
